Through prayer and education, this committee helps to create or increase awareness for the rights and sanctity of all human life, especially the handicapped and the unborn. We participate in all day Vigils, Adoration hours, Respect Life Weeks, Baby Showers, assisting the St. Mary's Health Ministry and fund raising for pro-life agencies.

Respect Life Rose A red rose is a symbol of life. St. Mary's Respect Life Committee will begin an ongoing program in October to help make us all more aware of our need to pray that people will respect life in all stages of development and in all forms. We offer the parishioners the opportunity to sponsor the rose each week. You may sponsor the rose in honor of someone living, someone deceased, a wedding anniversary, a birthday, any memorial or any celebration. The name of the sponsor and the intention will be listed in the parish bulletin each week. The suggested donation for the two roses is $10.00.
